I thought I would share a really excellent presentation from Dr. Peter Attia, which speaks to some of the items relating to ethics in science that I posted on a few days ago. This history lesson is an amazing discussion of how preconceived notions/myths surrounding the interconnection of diet and our health were packaged into governmental policy and recommendations. I view things like this as cautionary tales – as I said last time, self-inspection and unbiased critique of your own work is critical for obtaining true understanding.
